Recycling.
Here at Howard Waste Skips Ltd we are dedicated to recycling. We have gained the accreditation of being a fully registered waste carrier and operate a fully licensed waste recycling facility. Being focused on recycling means that we contribute to saving resources, saving energy and protecting the environment
Every skip that we collect is returned to our recycling facility where the contents are sorted into reuse categories. By doing this we are able to segregate reusables and recyclables ensuring up to 90% of waste we handle is sustainable. Only the waste that is non-recyclable ends up at landfill. As a company we we are committed to improve our recycling performance to contribute to national waste reduction.
Here are just some of the waste streams that we recycle daily:-
-
All types of Wood
-
All 'Inert' waste (bricks, rubble, soil, sand, concrete etc)
-
Glass
-
Green / Garden Waste (tree cuts, grass, hedge clippings etc)
-
Paper & Cardboard
-
Ferrous Metals and non-ferrous Metals
-
Plasterboard
-
uPVC Recycling
We never waste resources; so we have an enthusiasm to showcase our sustainable skip hire service. |
